What insurance companies do you accept?

Talk Time for Kids, Inc, is In-Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicaid . We do bill ALL insurance companies and provide the insurance company with supporting documentation to support reimbursement (i.e. prescription, evaluation, plan of
treatment, therapy notes).

We will also apply for a prior authorization if required by your insurance company. Payment plans are offered if needed.


When is payment due?

Co-Payments are collected at the time of service.  If your insurance provider does not cover, payment is expected at each session.  

If your child attends a private school where services are provided, an invoice will be mailed and/or emailed at the end of each month.


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.  A "no-show" or missed appointment will result in a full fee.
